Questions
Frequently asked questions
The questions buyers ask us most. If yours is not here, send it through the contact form.
Do you sell directly, or only through distributors?
We supply distributors, wholesalers and retail chains. We do not sell single units to end customers. If you are looking for Albasha appliances as a consumer, contact us and we will point you to the distributor covering your country.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the range and on whether the order is standard or private label. Send us the models and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
Can you manufacture under our own brand?
Yes. We take private-label work across every range: your brand on the rating plate, your colours from our paint shop, your packaging. Because the paint shop and the injection workshop are ours, changes do not have to be renegotiated down a supply chain.
What voltage and frequency do your appliances use?
Standard production is 220u2013240 V, 50 Hz. Other configurations can be quoted for volume orders u2014 tell us the market and we will confirm what is possible.
Which gas do the gas appliances run on?
LPG as standard. Injector sets for other gas types can be supplied with the order. Every gas appliance is pressure-tested before packing and fitted with a flame-failure safety device.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes u2014 grates, knobs, motors, heating elements and glass, in bulk or retail packaging. Spare parts are available for current production and, subject to stock, for discontinued models.
Do you do painting or moulding for other manufacturers?
Yes. Our electrostatic paint line and our plastic injection workshop both take external work u2014 powder and liquid coating with pre-treatment, curing and adhesion testing, and injection moulding from tooling support through to volume production.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on the quantity, whether the specification is standard, and current production loading. Send us your requirement and we will give you a date rather than a range.
In which languages can you supply documentation?
Arabic, English, Turkish, Italian, Spanish and Chinese. Manuals, labelling and catalogues can be produced in the language your market actually uses, so nothing waits on translation after shipment.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us the models, the quantities, the destination market and any special requirements through the contact form. Our export team replies within two working days.
