Verniciatura elettrostatica automatizzata a polvere e a liquido, con pretrattamento, forno di polimerizzazione e test di adesione. Finitura uniforme su lamiera d’acciaio e particolari stampati.

How the line runs: parts are degreased and phosphated on the pre-treatment line, rinsed and dried, electrostatically coated — powder or liquid, matched to the substrate — then cured in a temperature-controlled oven and checked before release.

What it coats: sheet steel, formed and welded assemblies, and metal furniture components. Gloss, satin and textured finishes are available; colours are matched to sample.

How it is checked: film thickness is measured and adhesion is verified by cross-hatch testing on every production run, the same regime our own appliance panels go through.

Typical work: appliance housings and panels, steel furniture, shelving and enclosures for other manufacturers who need a durable finish without building a paint shop of their own.
