When you send an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, country and message you type into the form. Our server also keeps standard access logs. We do not collect anything else about you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

**Why we collect it**

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to business, to manage that relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial approach you made, and where a contract follows, the performance of that contract. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

**Cookies**

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookie unless you agree to it. If we run analytics, a banner asks first and the tag is not loaded at all until you accept. A small cookie remembers your answer so we do not ask again. See our cookie policy for the detail.

**How long we keep it**

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship needs them, and reviewed periodically. Administrative activity logs are kept for one year.

**Where your data goes**

Enquiries are stored on the server hosting this website and copied to our sales inbox. If our email or hosting provider is outside your country, your data will be processed there.

**Your rights**

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to albashaplus1@gmail.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

**Security**

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is restricted to named staff accounts protected by two-factor authentication, and every administrative change is logged. IP addresses are never stored in plain form — only as salted hashes used for rate limiting.

**Children**

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children.
