Every unit is functionally tested before it is packed.

**Gas appliances** are pressure-tested and fitted with a flame-failure safety device. **Electric appliances** are tested at working voltage, with the earth continuity and insulation checked. **Painted parts** go through adhesion testing after curing, and colour is checked against the reference across a production run.

**Why testing is ours to control**

Because forming, painting, moulding and assembly all happen on our own lines, a fault found at test can be traced back to the process that caused it, in the same building, the same day. That feedback loop is the practical reason our finish stays consistent between batches.
