How a part gets made: we review your drawing or sample, advise on mouldability and material, support tooling — new moulds or transfer of existing ones — run first-article samples for approval, then move to volume production.

Materials: ABS, polypropylene and polystyrene as standard; other thermoplastics on request. Fan housings, grilles, handles, knobs and technical parts are all produced on our own machines for our own appliances, so the process is proven daily.

Quality: dimensional checks against the approved sample on every run, and visual inspection for cosmetic parts before packing.

Typical work: enclosures and housings, appliance components, caps and fittings — delivered assembly-ready, trimmed and packed to your specification.
