**Who gives the warranty**

Appliances reach consumers through our distributors. The warranty a consumer holds is the one given by the distributor or retailer in that market, in line with local law. Albasha’s obligations are to the distributor, under the terms agreed in the supply contract.

**What is covered**

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, on units that have been transported, stored, installed and used as intended.

**What is not covered**

Damage from transport or storage after delivery; installation by an unqualified fitter; use with a gas type or supply voltage other than the one the unit is specified for; unauthorised repair or modification; consumable and wearing parts; cosmetic damage arising after delivery; and damage from misuse, neglect or accident.

**Making a claim**

Claims come to us through the distributor. Include the model, the model code from the rating plate, the production or batch reference, photographs of the fault and of the rating plate, and a short description of the conditions in which it occurred.

**Spare parts**

Grates, knobs, motors, heating elements and glass are available for current production, and — subject to stock — for discontinued models. Contact us with the model code.

**Safety**

Gas appliances must be installed by a qualified fitter, connected with an approved regulator and hose, and used only in a ventilated space. Never modify a gas appliance or fit an injector it is not specified for. If you smell gas, close the cylinder valve, ventilate the room and do not operate electrical switches.
